Peacemaking

Peacemaking is helping people resolve immediate or short term disputes.

Peacekeeping

Peacekeeping is helping groups create an environment in which peace can develop and in which organizations can create genuine leaders.

The practice offers workshops on leadership, where issues for organizations become transformative opportunities through the creation of healthy processes and structures. It also offers training for lawyers and personal injury adjusters, and leadership of meetings for a variety of groups including municipalities and First Nations.

It also means guiding organizations out of crisis to where they can make major policy decisions in areas where they have been stalemated or in serious conflict.
